Hospitality is synonymous with tea. So it was no surprise (and with a lot of gratitude) that I found myself sitting comfortably across from Tao Wu of Toronto's Tao Tea Leaf one sunny weekend. On the table were seven pu'ers, aged teas, arranged in a row. I could tell that this tea session was going to get intense, very, very quickly.
