In a little shop in Red Lodge, Montana stands a mountain of a man. Gary Robson towers over most, but don't let this intimidate you. The man is full of warmth and passion. Sitting down with him and his son, Doug, at the World Tea Expo made for great conversation. Hearing the local preferences for tea, how a demographic can influence the menu, was eye opening. You may have the best tea in the world, but if you can't sell it, is it actually of any worth?
