justea for you and me || a story of kenyan tea

A tea blog that backs the underdog.

Grayson Bane knows what's up. Kenya is the world's largest tea exporter. But the tea is currently of sub-par quality. Most of it is picked and processed via the CTC method. A crude Crush, Tear, Curl of the leaf. Most of it is destined for tea bags. Grayson is working to change this. Setting up shop, he is working to grow the Kenyan tea industry; focusing on hand processing and orthodox methods. Times are a changing and in the near future, Kenya will be a country to look at. But I'd be looking now.
